The organization of the programs contained in this website are organised by “Tomaz do Douro - Empreendimentos Turisticos, Lda”, with head office at Praça da Ribeira, nr. 5 – 4050 – 513 PORTO, and Capital stock of 3.800.000,00 Euros, VAT 503 296 139, registered in the C.R.C.P, under the nº 5093.
Reservations made for any cruise should, whenever possible, be made in writing. On all cruises, reservations will only be considered effective after their value has been fully settled.
Payments for reservations must be made up to 48 hours before the date of the cruise.
Payments for reservations must be made up to 7 days before the date of the cruise.
For groups of 10 or more people, payments for reservations must be made up to 30 days before the date of the cruise.

After this date, the increase in the number of participants must be communicated to Tomaz do Douro, and after confirmation, the respective amount must be settled.
In the case of a decrease in the number of passengers, there will be no refund.
The prices indicated for each cruise are based on the actual costs, so they may be subject to alterations up to twenty days before the date of each cruise, if the elements that compose it suffer modifications; any price change will be communicated to the clients when and if possible, who may then cancel their reservation or registration; the prices include applicable tax (TVA); the price of each cruise will have a reduction of 100% for children with less than 3 years old, or of 50% for children between the ages of 4 and 11 years old, as long as properly accompanied.
The organization of the programs in this website depends on the minimum number of participants, which if not reached, allows the organizer to cancel it without being obliged to make any compensation.
The cancellation of the of the reservation for these cruises, can be made by the customer up to 48 hours before the date of the cruise with a refund of the amount paid.
If the cancellation of the cruise takes place after 48 hours from the starting date of the cruise, the amount charged will not be refunded.
The cancellation of the reservation of the cruise can be made up to 7 days before the date of the cruise with a refund of the amount paid. After that date, no refund will be given.
For groups of 10 or more people, cancellation must be made up to 30 days before the cruise date with a full refund. If the cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the cruise date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded; and after these days there will be no right to any refund.
Up to 45 days before the event date, 25% of the total amount will be refunded.
After 45 days from the date of the event, there will be no refunds.
The cancellation of the reservation of a cruise can be made up to 15 days before the date of the cruise with a refund of the amount paid. After that date, there will be no refund of the amount.
For groups of 10 or more people, cancellation must be made up to 45 days before the cruise date with a full refund; if the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the cruise date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded; and after these 15 days there will be no right to any refund.
For groups in exclusive, if cancellation is made up to 30 days before the cruise date 35% of the 70% paid will be refunded; if the cancellation occurs after these days, there will be no right to any refund.

Tomaz do Douro reserves the right to cancel any cruise if:
Only guide dogs are allowed to accompany passengers on board.
Smoking is only allowed on the solar deck.
Any complaints will only be considered if made by participants during the cruise and presented in writing or during the five days after the end of services.
The existing insurances are those required by the Portuguese law.
The prices on this website are valid during the current year.
The competent court, with waiver of any other, is that of the Porto district (Comarca do Porto).
